Full description
My late father built this house with soul and dedication, and I cherished it. Feel free to use it as a residence or second home. / I inherited this ancestral home two years ago. It is currently vacant, but I make regular monthly visits to maintain the building through ventilation, cleaning, and lawn mowing. Over two years I have sorted through the contents, keeping only usable furniture. This house is filled with memories; my late father built it with great devotion and protected it carefully. It is extremely solidly built, and it would be such a waste to leave it as is. I would very much like someone to make use of it. / In addition to using it as a daily residence, I would be delighted to pass it on to someone who can freely use it, taking advantage of its proximity to Yonago Airport and its commanding views of Lake Nakaumi, as a second home or satellite office for people in urban areas, or as a shared house. I will provide the adjacent 277 m² of land and a garage building that can also serve as living space at no cost. Old items and furnishings in the buildings, including the main house, have already been organized. / Excellent access just 1.5 hours from Haneda: 3 km from Yonago Airport (approximately 5 minutes by car). It is also very close to the Yonago-Sakaiminato Prefectural Road, making it ideal for two-point living between urban and rural areas. / Location with commanding views of Lake Nakaumi: From the veranda and garden, you can see Lake Nakaumi spreading beyond the fields. If you walk to the beach, you can enjoy the spectacular and serene waters of Lake Nakaumi (especially the sunset) all to yourself. Takeoffs and landings from Yonago Airport and Japan Air Self-Defense Force Miho Base aircraft can be seen up close nearby. Every May during the Miho Base Air Festival, many Self-Defense Force aircraft and aerobatic displays can be seen from very close up. / Extraordinary spaciousness and additional amenities: The land is 341 m². The main house is a large 8-room dining-kitchen (8DK) at 198 m², offering ample space for shared housing or bed-and-breakfast operations. There is also a free separate garage building, allowing you to pursue hobbies such as car and motorcycle maintenance or using it as an atelier. The remaining portions could be used as parking or a home vegetable garden.
