A rare new registration from Tozawa Village, a private house in the Kanda district. Called 'Jinden' rather than 'Kanda'. There is a Kanda Shrine nearby. According to local tradition, it was deeply revered by Abe Sadatō, a general under Minamoto no Yoshiie around the beginning of the Kanji era, and through its spiritual power spawned many tales of valor, earning it affectionate names such as 'Myoken-sama'. Situated on a small hill, surrounded by paddies in a beautiful and picturesque setting. I recall investigating Faun's Charmer butterflies and confirming their presence here; the local flora maintains a natural ecosystem impression. This residence was previously lived in as a primary home, then later rented out. The interior is well-maintained and requires little to no repairs. A notable point is that it is not an unusually large house, common in rural areas. Located along a main road, so snow removal is well-organized. Parking space is not an issue. Positioned at the edge of a hamlet of about 100 households, so noise is not a concern. Living in this field of Kanda, enjoying the view of spring's Faun's Charmer butterflies dancing, might be nice. / Utilities note: water, drainage, electricity, and toilets require some repair
