Full description
A detached house in Yamagata Prefecture, Tsuruoka City, with a beautiful white beach visible from the rooms. Since you can go directly to the beach via a small stream without passing through roads or other people's land (though grass cutting and stairs are necessary), I purchased it thinking it would be fun to use the beach with an extension cable for electricity. You can work comfortably on the beach, play with family, or use it in interesting ways even if you rent it out, it's an exciting property. / Access is good, about 30 minutes by car to Shonai Airport. Summer beach, winter skiing (Hachimoriyama Ski Resort about 15 minutes by car), hot springs (Atsumi Hot Spring Public Bathhouse about 15 minutes by car), an environment to enjoy year-round. I purchased it as a leisure base and was planning to use it myself, but I gave up due to busy work. / The building is in a condition where it could be livable with trash removal, cleaning, and minor repairs; there's also a garage where cars can be parked (though there are rain leak marks in one spot). Since it faces a public road, rebuilding is possible, so building a new house would be an option too. The utilities are municipal water, LP gas, electricity, and municipal sewer; quite a lot of household items remain, and I hope for someone who will take them as-is. / The main detached house faces a public road so there are no issues, but the separate storage building (garage) goes through a private road, and I don't have written consent for passage or excavation rights. Since the private road is owned by the neighborhood association, I don't think there are issues, but if something happens, there's a possibility of going to the storage building via the small stream from the beach, and you might need to rent a separate parking space. / Since I'm far away, I cannot provide an in-person tour. A key box is set up, so please do your own property inspection. If you're interested, I'll give you the important matters explanation document from when I purchased it for reference. Delivery is available immediately. / If you'd like to consider renting instead of purchasing, the monthly amount is 19,000 yen. I can lease it in its current condition, and you're free to renovate as you like. Transfer/subletting as a minpaku (short-term rental) is OK too, so please consider it.
