Built in 1959 (S34), extended in 1976 (S48), renovated around 2009 (H21; toilet, bath, boiler) / Special notes: Property cannot be rebuilt as it does not meet building standards road access requirements. Located within a designated archaeological site (Daisaka remains 202-537); any excavation work requires permission from Yonezawa City Board of Education. The property is a flag-lot (road access 1.6m, depth 39m) with a narrow entrance; vehicles cannot enter. (No parking) Parcel boundaries marked with 2 metal stakes (at narrow lane entrance) and 4 concrete pegs, all confirmed. Block fences on both sides of the lane portion are outside the boundary. / Other: Water stains on ceiling of 6-mat tatami room (southwest corner, old section, first floor); no rain leaks currently detected. Damage to ceiling above closet of 6-mat tatami room (northwest corner, old section, first floor). One window sash in service room (storage) has cracked glass. Dining kitchen floor on first floor is slightly soft; early replacement recommended. Piping at D-type faucet beside entrance has a leak; main valve (east of boiler room exterior) is shut off. If the property is to be used, the leak must be repaired.
