Full description
Purchased a used house two years ago with the intention of DIY home building with family. Due to work constraints, we couldn't make time for renovations, and with no clear outlook for the future, we decided to purchase elsewhere instead. Now we are selling it. Would single individuals or small families be interested in creating a comfortable home through self-renovation? As it is a vacant property, immediate handover is possible. The building has some floor damage and requires water system replacements. Inspection and assessment have not been completed, but we are offering it in its current condition. Any repairs or replacements needed will be the buyer's responsibility. The nearest station is Yanai Station on the Sanyo Main Line, a 12-minute walk away. Supermarkets (MaxValu, Yume Mart, etc.) are within 5-6 minutes nearby, making it a convenient location for daily life. The plot is spacious with good sunlight. The frontage road is private property requiring a setback, but it is passable by ordinary cars and free parking space is available.

Area and hazard data

A pre-1981 build predates Japan's current earthquake code, which can matter for insurance and renovation. We flag the era from the year built where we have it.
