Eligibility
- A single-family residence built within the town
- Renovation work cost must be 500,000 yen or more
- Must meet the criteria defined in Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Setouchi Town Regional Revitalization and Resident Settlement Regulation Enforcement Rules
- Must conduct renovation or expansion work on a residence they occupy
- Work must be performed by a corporation with a business office in town and subject to town corporate inhabitant tax, or an individual contractor with residential registration in town
