I was thinking of making my own base in a spacious traditional old house. Originally, I purchased it because I wanted to create a dog run where my dogs could run freely. At the same time, I enjoyed the idea of gradually renovating through DIY and developing it into my own personal base. Each time I visited the site, I was healed by the unique scenery of this place and the quiet environment, but I found I could no longer secure enough time to visit as frequently as I had initially planned. It seemed wasteful to leave it unused, so I decided to list it for someone who would appreciate and actively use it. / The property is located on high ground with a good view overlooking the harbor. The surroundings are a quiet residential area, with a spacious park nearby suitable for walks. According to neighbors, fireworks from the summer fireworks festival can be seen from here. I believe this land can be utilized for various purposes such as a dog run, home vegetable garden, fruit tree cultivation, and personal hobbies. / The front road is a stepped passage, so vehicles cannot be driven up to the property. This is a property that cannot be rebuilt. However, there is a monthly parking lot just down the stairs that can be contracted for use. / The building has the atmosphere of a traditional old house and could be enjoyed as DIY material. The year of construction is unknown. The entire building has warping, making it difficult to open and close doors in some places. Some flooring has become soft. In the past, I saw what appeared to be termites near the ceiling of the building. However, a professional inspection has not been conducted, so we cannot confirm whether there is actual termite damage.
