A dignified traditional house that was used as a vacation home for many years stands in the Basaka district near the Nagano Prefecture border deep in Nanmoku Village. It has been well-maintained with clean water fixtures and is ready for immediate occupancy (the 3rd floor is undergoing repairs). / Radio reception in the Basaka district is extremely weak. Wi-Fi can be used if internet line construction is performed through Nanmoku Fureai Television. / Delivery will be as-is, including the remaining items visible in photos and the grave on the property. / The 2nd floor has several wooden beams running around the perimeter of the rooms. / The garden is maintained as a landscaped garden. / Following the stairs downward leads to a river. / The property extends to the point where chains are installed before the river. / Remarks: Television can be used through Nanmoku Fureai Television for approximately 1,000 yen/month if you apply. If you wish to use Internet, installation work is required (approximately 40,000 yen). Internet can be used for approximately 1,700 yen/month. / Regarding renovation cost responsibility: Costs for property repairs and renovations are the responsibility of the resident.
