Everything inside can be used as-is, which is convenient for those who prefer immediate use. There are leftover items from the previous occupant stored under the floor, including useful items like ladders, which cannot be moved due to lack of strength. / The property has two 6-tatami mat rooms, a 4.5-tatami mat room, a 9.5-tatami mat dining-kitchen, a simple-flush toilet with septic system, a bathroom with a window (about 3m²), and a sink area with a window. There are leftover items, but those who prefer not to repurchase everything will find this convenient. / Although compact, parking is available for two vehicles. Despite many buildings in the villa area, the adjacent properties are separated by roads or woods, providing a quiet atmosphere. The autumn foliage of the road in front is spectacular and highly recommended. Nearby hot springs are abundant, and it is convenient for visiting northern Karuizawa attractions such as Onioshidashi, Rhododendron Garden, and Asama Ranch. Kusatsu can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The popular Harunire Terrace in Naka-Karuizawa is accessible in about 20 minutes. / Within walking distance are the day-use hot spring of 1130 Hotel and a popular children's pool, making daily use easy. There are many restaurants nearby as well. Within about 5 minutes by car are children's favorite Toy Kingdom, Sweet Grass, and L'Ôme no Mori. The downside is that large supermarkets are not nearby, requiring a car.
