At a friend's request, I would like to introduce this property. It is a compact single-story house in Tsumagoi Village, Agatsuma District, Gunma Prefecture, situated in a natural environment surrounded by woodland. The previous owner reportedly operated it as a rental vacation property. Over the past year, we have partially renovated the entrance, kitchen, deck, and other areas. It is currently vacant. The greatest appeal of this property is being able to feel the presence of the forest while indoors. The living room has large sliding doors opening onto the deck, with trees and greenery visible through the windows. From the back windows, you can also see the forest, and when the windows are open, you can hear bird songs and the sound of the river flowing. This property is well-suited for those who value spending time in nature. Since work has been done on the entrance, kitchen, and deck, despite its age, the living spaces are in a condition that makes it easy to imagine daily life. The roof extends over the parking area, making it practical as you won't get wet walking from your car to the entrance on rainy days. On the other hand, there is aging consistent with the years the building has stood, and you will need to verify the condition of the bathrooms, fixtures, exterior, and equipment in person. There is a smoke detector, but we have not tested its operation. Also, while the property was reportedly previously used as a rental vacation home, we have not verified permits or approvals. If you are considering using it again as a vacation rental, please verify necessary matters yourself. Regarding the asking price, it is as stated below, and we request an as-is transaction.
