Full description
This property was purchased in Takamatsu for my parents (who were living on Shodoshima) so they could live closer to me. After purchase, I invested a substantial amount to renovate the house so it could be lived in comfortably for many years. The renovation work included comprehensive updates to plumbing (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, etc.), as well as floors, wallpaper, ceilings, and roof tiles. Note: the windows and bookshelf were not renovated. My parents were very pleased with it, and naturally hoped to continue living here in the future. However, due to their advanced age and the need to live closer to family, they have decided to relocate, and I have decided to sell the property. / The surrounding environment is excellent, with Lawson, Coop Kagawa supermarket, and Aeon East store within walking distance or nearby, making it very convenient for daily shopping. Since this house has been cherished and well-maintained, I hope the next owner will treasure and use it carefully for many years to come. There are some signs of aging appropriate to the property's age. There is no parking on the property. However, there is paid parking nearby available for approximately 3,000 yen per month. Since this house was cherished by my parents, I would like to pass it on to someone who will use it carefully. I am flexible regarding the timing of the sale. Regarding price, I hope to work with someone who will negotiate sincerely.
