Location
This marks an approximate area, not the exact building. The circle is a rough radius from the listing's published address, so you can see the neighbourhood without us guessing at a precise spot.
Full description
Located along Prefectural Route 154, with a lot of approximately 200 tsubo. Main house is a single-story structure of about 24 tsubo; the remainder is bare land. Formerly a shopping street, now a quiet area. A temple and cemetery are at the rear (some distance from the property). May not suit those concerned about proximity to cemetery, but convenient location for small factories, offices, workshops, and storage. Current condition sale. / Since my parents passed away, my wife and I have continuously maintained the property through cleaning and weeding. Every year, our three sisters' families gather here during Obon to spend the summer, so I believe the property is well-maintained. / Survey markers are in place for boundary lines; stakes have not been driven. Currently vacant, so can be used immediately. Located along prefectural road with about 8 minutes by car from Saku-Daira Station, providing good accessibility. Plenty of parking space available; suitable for small workshops.
