A magnificent historic farmhouse built in the Meiji era with warehouses and a spacious lot in a peaceful rural farming area. The surrounding area is a peaceful agricultural region. With a lot area of 2,605.67 square meters (about 780 tsubo), it is spacious. The rear garden area (classified as miscellaneous land) can be used for vegetable farming and similar purposes. The first-floor Japanese rooms include several large tatami rooms, rooms with sunken hearths (irori), a room with an open ceiling and exposed beams, and wooden-floored rooms. The original sunken hearth from the time of construction remains in the living room. There are auxiliary structures such as warehouses and storage sheds on the property.
