A new romance with a home overlooking Mt. Ibuki? Mount Ibuki, which Maibara is known for, shows different faces depending on the season and weather. Looking up at the majestic Mt. Ibuki landscape brings a refreshing feeling to the heart. Being able to see this view every day is the ultimate luxury! When you open the large windows, pastoral scenery spreads out, and cool breezes pass through, creating a comfortable time. Highly recommended for those who want to live in a special location, feeling the changing seasons with their skin. The house is surrounded by farmland, with a generous, laid-back presence and excellent sunlight. The entranceway has a dirt-floored area, and the hallway is wide with ample space. The 1st-floor tatami room features a small Zen-garden-style layout (8-mat, 8-mat, 4-mat, 4-mat) that suits a nuclear family well and has wonderful sunlight. The southeast-facing veranda is warm and cozy; when you listen closely, you can hear bird songs. The kitchen also has views over the surrounding farmland. The 2nd floor has two Japanese-style rooms and one Western-style room in an open-plan arrangement, suitable for each family member's bedroom. From the middle room's window, you can step out to a laundry area with excellent views and sunlight. The back of the property has a spacious farmland with good sunlight, ideal for those wanting to try vegetable gardening. The owner has returned home 4-5 times yearly to maintain airflow, clean, and mow grass, gradually clearing household items for the next occupant.
