The bathroom has been renovated with a unit bath installed. 2 air conditioning units and a 2002-model electric water heater are installed and will be transferred at no cost; confirmed working at time of registration. There is no parking on the property; if needed, please contact us for consultation. There is a forest plot (621 square meters) in the adjacent Gogecho area; if interested, it will be transferred at no cost, so please inquire. / Repair items: Some sagging flooring, some exterior walls requiring repair, concrete block fence cracks, and other items, please verify at the site. / Furniture was removed in January 2026.
