Full description
Prime Mount Fuji location on the Asagiri Plateau with spectacular views; purchased with parents in 2000 and enjoyed by three generations of family. As parents have aged and children grown, usage has declined in recent years, making annual maintenance increasingly burdensome; though currently in use, we would welcome someone who will truly enjoy it. / Located in a non-development zone so buildings cannot be constructed, but has a trailer house and roofed wood deck purchased and installed in 2000, suitable for barbecuing even in light rain. With ample space, the house plus tents can accommodate 10+ people. With unobstructed Mount Fuji views, you can gaze at the majestic mountain, enjoy barbecuing, have bonfires and fireworks at night, and on clear days enjoy a starlit sky. / With traps set up, an incredible number of Japanese rhinoceros beetles can be caught. At approximately 800m elevation, it is about 5 degrees cooler than urban areas, ideal for family use or as a private retreat. Parking available for 4-5 cars. Requires annual maintenance including grass cutting and tree pruning as it is raw land. / After 26 years since purchase, some deterioration has occurred requiring repairs; property is sold in its current condition. Various furnishings and tools on-site may be transferred if desired. If timing permits, may be available for use this summer. / With Mount Fuji's spectacular unobstructed views directly in front and distance from main roads, not affected by surrounding noise and no need for concern about sound levels; location is excellent.
