Town hall, post office, clinic, and elementary school are all within a 5-minute walk. Best of all, there's a ramen shop called Aji-dokoro Taisho just a 1-minute walk away. While not exactly professional information, the author's favorite is the black vinegar ramen. Now, this home was lived in by a former high school teacher. There are 7 functionally separated rooms. Evidence suggests it was used for various purposes including a study and hobby room. If you were to live here, it would be fun to make good use of these divisions. The property has various flowers planted on the grounds. A field could also be created. Although it's in a rural area, sewerage is fully equipped, making this undoubtedly a bargain property. As a bonus, there's a cherry orchard behind the house, and the area receives share of the harvest.
