The second floor is set further out than the first-floor walls, creating an unusual situation where the 2F floor is wider than 1F. The interior is a typical Showa-era house. The toilet is flush-type, and the bath is very clean. / While there are many left-over items because no major cleaning has been done, the overall house condition is good and the only area requiring repair is the kitchen ceiling, which shows signs of past rain leakage. Even that is minor, so the property is move-in ready as-is. The exterior walls have cracks, and metal elements like exterior stairs and railings are rusty, so early maintenance will be needed for long-term use. / Upstairs usable as a large one-room layout / The first floor has two Japanese-style rooms plus kitchen, bath, and toilet, a compact layout.
