Full description
This is an old folk house in the Yura district of Ogo Island. The homeowner recently had the exterior walls, gate, windows, and roof repaired, and it is solidly built. Although some partial repairs are necessary, once renovated you can enjoy the atmosphere of a fine old house. There is a modest-sized garden suitable for vegetable gardening. Since it is close to the sea, it is also recommended for those who enjoy fishing. It is just a stone's throw from a wide coastal road! Being able to drive a light truck close to the house is very helpful when moving. / For old-house enthusiasts, there are many appealing features: a retro alcove (toko), wooden sliding doors, large beams, and a long veranda. Having storage spaces such as a separate warehouse and attic will be useful. The water facilities such as the toilet are old and renovation should be considered. Some of the antique furniture in the house can be inherited as-is (negotiable). The floor plan is 4DK, which is a reasonable size for an island old house and should be practical to use. / There is a supermarket nearby where you can shop easily on foot. Although there is no parking on the premises, there are many parking options in the surrounding area so it is not a concern. If you cycle along the coast for about 5 minutes, you will find the island's elementary and middle schools; even if you commute or study outside the island, the location is very convenient. / Repairs needed: water facility repairs (bath, toilet)
