Price revised for a quick sale. Please consider this opportunity. / While the age of the house cannot be denied, I have gradually improved it while living here. The bathrooms and kitchens have been renovated over the years, and this is a house where we have lived carefully and lovingly. I have always loved the air that flows through this land and the scent of the trees, and have not been able to part with it. / This is a small hot spring town in Iwate surrounded by mountains, rivers, and forests. A place full of seasonal charm where you can enjoy barbecues and camping by the riverside in summer, snow festivals and autumn harvest festivals in winter, and hot spring tours. When you open the windows, the cry of hawks echoes through the sky, and in spring, nightingales sing. On clear nights, you see countless stars; on summer mornings and evenings, you hear the nostalgic sound of cicadas, and if you're lucky, you might see squirrels, white rabbits, and even deer. There are multiple hot springs within walking distance, with day-use hot springs and long-established inns scattered about. Many people visit from afar to be healed by this nature and hot springs. / The house has many rooms and is spacious enough for large families or can be used for homestays or studios. The bathroom (with boiler), first-floor toilet, first-floor kitchen, and some rooms on the first and second floors have been renovated. There is also a toilet and kitchen on the second floor, but they have not been renovated as they were not in use. Both the kitchen and bath use an external-tank kerosene system for heating water, so the design minimizes utility costs. The kitchen range has 3 burners and a grill, and a propane gas contract is required for this. / The property is currently occupied but can be vacated immediately upon sale. Move-in is essentially possible immediately. It is sold in its current condition. Furniture and appliances necessary for daily life are mostly included, and you can start living immediately with just your luggage. Furniture includes sofa, bed, TV stand, chest, wooden hangar closet, shelf, table, and desk. Appliances include 2 air conditioners, 2 televisions, kotatsu, refrigerator, 2 FF-type kerosene heaters, kerosene fan heater, kerosene stove, drum-type washing machine with dryer, single-tub vertical washing machine, and 5-door refrigerator. / The area has charming seasonal character with the flowing Waga River nearby, foot baths, and hot spring eggs. / We spent peaceful time living in harmony with nature in this house. Now, due to other circumstances, I must part with it... My new residence is already decided, and it is difficult to take all the furniture and household items with me. If there are things you could use, I would be happy if you used them as they are, and we can discuss and decide together based on your preferences. I hope that those who come to love this place and this house will weave a new story here.

Area and hazard data
5 checks clear. Each check is against a government map for this exact point. Where a map is missing or we can't use it, we say so; that never means there's no risk.
