Full description

Built in Heisei 10 (1998). This house appears to be well-maintained and gives the impression that one could move in immediately. Upon entering the front door and opening the left door, there is a spacious room with a large sofa, perhaps used as a reception room. It is a very pleasant space with bright sunlight streaming in. The dining kitchen has plenty of space for family meals and relaxation. The kitchen features a fine system kitchen with a dishwasher. Though positioned on the typically dark north side, it is bright thanks to a skylight. Some flooring shows minor wear, but replacing the surface would make it unnoticeable. The water facilities give the impression of having quality products from the time of construction. Since equipment operation checks have not been completed, please confirm equipment condition with the owner during negotiations. The 6-mat Japanese room with two connected spaces has tatami still fresh and green. One could imagine spending leisurely time here, arranging a game of go on the engawa. Each room on the second floor is also in clean condition. The small 3.7-mat room on the north side would be suitable for use as a study or library. And above all, the 7.5-mat balcony is an extremely pleasant space. One can spend the day gazing at the distant mountains of Soni, a truly luxurious experience. Behind the building there is a garden where you could have a small vegetable garden. Additionally, there is a storage shed on the opposite property across the road. It currently contains many items such as agricultural equipment, and the owner stated, "I would like to discuss and decide conditions based on consultation regarding how to dispose of the items, whether to purchase including the storage shed, etc."
