Full description
This log house with an adorable roof shape suddenly appears along the road heading toward Byobuiwa Park. Upon entering from the entrance, many sashes are installed in the openings, allowing sunlight to stream in from various directions, quite pleasant. Stepping outside, there is a spacious wooden deck. This home was used as a vacation cottage. Perhaps BBQ parties were held here as well? Note that the wooden deck has aged considerably and requires reconstruction. Wooden decks are consumables, so timing for replacement may be just right. Beyond the main living-dining-kitchen space, there is a wood stove, a rather substantial atmosphere. One can enjoy taking time to sip coffee slowly while watching the fire. Adjacent to the kitchen is storage, with stairs to the 2F running overhead. Beyond the main living-dining-kitchen area, the 2F has two rooms, a Western-style and a Japanese-style room. Originally used as a vacation home, it is certainly large enough for permanent residence. Note that from the Western-style room, one can also access the veranda. The water amenities seem usable as-is. The water heater is kerosene-type, but there is a possibility of malfunction due to the time that has passed since the home became vacant. Also, whether the septic tank can be used as-is requires confirmation (water supply has been shut off, so currently unusable). The property extends alongside and beyond the building, so with proper development, vegetable gardening etc. should be possible. Living leisurely in a quiet log house in the forest. By gradually making improvements, this property seems capable of realizing such a lifestyle.
