Full description
This house has a charming veranda with an open and beautiful view. On sunny days, you can relax like a cat gazing at the garden's vegetable patch, and the way of life on the veranda seems delightful. The first floor benefits from good ventilation in summer thanks to the veranda and large north-facing windows, and seems comfortable to live in. The second floor has an attic room that takes up more than half its space. At the building's entrance, a red and charming doorstep welcomes visitors warmly. Even in the worn areas, you can sense the house's history and feel warmth with each passing. Just inside the entrance is a square-shaped (田の字) Japanese room, with one room carpeted. There is an outlet attached to the sliding door frame, old houses have few walls, so outlets are often placed here. The water facilities were remodeled several years ago and are in a move-in-ready condition. However, the toilet is simple flush type, so if you want more comfort, you might consider installing a septic tank. The second floor has two 6-mat rooms, and an attic room of about 25 mats, so spacious it would be a waste to use only as storage. There were signs of water leakage on the ceiling, but it was repaired about 5 years ago, and the floor has been recently replaced. In a corner of the attic, we found something like the original building plans! Written in ink on wood, quite charming. The outdoor storage also has wide-ranging uses, such as storing home vegetable garden tools. The garden's vegetable patch has been well-maintained by the owner living elsewhere in the village, so you can start a home vegetable garden right away. Note: This property previously used an empty house renovation subsidy, so that subsidy cannot be used at the time of this contract.
