Location

This marks an approximate area, not the exact building. The circle is a rough radius from the listing's published address, so you can see the neighbourhood without us guessing at a precise spot.

Full description

The most unique feature of this house is that the four rooms connect sequentially going deeper into the house, rather than being connected by a hallway. The building is long horizontally and fills the plot with no garden; however, the owner lives nearby and has offered to discuss cultivation possibilities. The first room is a kitchen with bright, naturally lit from three sides. Some flooring is soft and may require repair, this should be discussed with the owner before deciding to use. The second room is a dining area, which has been remodeled with hardwood flooring, making it a convenient space for a dining table. There is a Western-style toilet at the back. The third room is a Japanese-style room with a sliding door opening to the eaves for sunbathing. Beyond it are a dressing/washroom area and a bathroom with tiled flooring (feels a bit cold). The fourth and innermost room has hardwood and vinyl-sheet walls, and is a clean room with another toilet inside. All rooms have proper storage for an organized lifestyle.
