From the listing

A scenic landscape visible through the windows. To the south of the building spreads a private garden, not a private beach. Currently overgrown, but ready for vegetable gardening or orchard planting, a rewarding space. The main house with an attic is connected to a two-story annex. Take a rest on the veranda beneath the eaves after garden work. To the left upon entering, three tatami rooms line the south side. Not a田の字型 (four-room) layout, but a central-corridor design with rooms also on the north side. Spacious washroom, laundry, and dressing area, plus a bright unit bath with large windows. The kitchen has a raised platform (kotatsuagari) alcove. The "eight-tatami western room" just right of the entrance serves as a reception room, complete with a formal reception set. The annex's first floor was apparently used as a bedroom. The second floor has two connected tatami rooms, children's rooms, guest rooms, or workspace? Or start a minpaku (private lodging business) here? The stairs lead to an independent space, offering many possibilities. The annex has toilets on both floors, and there are additional toilets on the main house side and outside. With this many toilets, no toilet shortages even with many residents. Plenty of storage space. Garages, storehouses, and warehouses dot the main house and annex surroundings. The original residents apparently practiced "yamaiki" (forestry), so considerable timber remains. Beyond the house vicinity, they own extensive fields, orchards, and woodlands throughout the village. The owner hopes to match with someone who can utilize those lands holistically.
